📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive prior art searches (novelty, patentability, validity, and state-of-the-art) and FTO analyses. • Develop and implement advanced search strategies tailored to client requirements. • Review and analyze patent documents, technical literature, and search results to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Prepare detailed, client-ready reports summarizing findings and providing actionable insights. • Perform technical (Checker 1) and administrative (Checker 2) evaluations in line with ISO 9001 standards. • Conduct patent landscape analysis to assess competitive and technological environments, where applicable. • Collaborate with junior analysts and provide guidance to support timely and accurate delivery of projects

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in patent research, including prior art and FTO searches. • Strong expertise in Boolean search strategies and use of global patent databases. • Solid technical background (engineering, science, or related disciplines). • Experience in preparing detailed patent search and analysis reports. • In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 processes and quality standards. • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge within a team environment.
