📋 Description

• Build, enhance, and maintain reports in Excel and Salesforce. • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards in Power BI. • Create Power Query transformations to clean, shape, and integrate data from multiple systems. • Write DAX code and calculations to support Power BI reporting. • Configure and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting, alerts, and recurring processes. • Leverage Copilot AI to accelerate report creation, generate insights, and support data exploration. • Measure and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and supply performance. • Document processes as required. • Perform on-demand analysis to support business decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Power BI development experience, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and report automation. • Strong Excel skills. Copilot AI experience is highly valued. • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate. • ERP system experience. SAP preferred. • CRM system experience, preferably Salesforce. • Understanding of inventory controls, demand/supply management, and accounting principles. • Experience with manufacturing facilities and processes is a plus (ODM, CM, etc.). • Confidence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. • Professional and approachable demeanor for internal and external interactions. • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. • Desire to grow technical and analytical skill sets. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
