📋 Description

• Support the maintenance and optimisation of Workday HCM and related HR systems • Provide timely triage, resolution, or escalation of global tickets and mailbox requests • Maintain HR systems through data fixes, mass updates, and routine system administration • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency • Support testing of system enhancements, updates, and new functionality • Assist in interface/integration issue resolution in collaboration with IT • Execute system updates (e.g., cost centres, organisations, locations, reporting structures) • Prepare and analyse reports, ensuring accuracy of data and insights • Support HR and Payroll audits (e.g., compensation, job changes) • Deliver basic user training and support documentation • Create and maintain reports, including ad hoc reporting as needed • Contribute to process improvements and system clean-up activities • Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance HR system effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of Workday or HCM system experience (required) • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality • Basic understanding of HR processes and data flows • Ability to learn systems quickly and work comfortably with data • Strong organisational and time management skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data • Customer-focused with strong service orientation • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment • Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Intermediate Excel skills
