📋 Description

• Build and manage outbound and email campaigns in the backend for clients • Develop campaigns based on buyer personas, positioning, and USPs • Translate buyer personas, positioning, and USPs into clear messaging strategies • Write outbound copy, including emails, follow-ups, and sequences • Take full ownership of campaigns: setup, testing, KPI tracking, analysis, and continuous optimization • Work closely with account managers to refine offers, messaging, and campaign strategy • Work entirely in the backend without direct client contact, focusing on copy, structure, testing, and scaling

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in outbound or email marketing, or experience working with relevant tools • Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of how effective email copy captures attention and encourages people to respond • A strong sense of offer building and an understanding of how messaging and offers work together to drive conversions • Analytical, data-driven approach, with optimization based on KPIs • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools • Comfortable working with complex setups • Independent, structured working style and willingness to take ownership of results • Formal educational background is secondary; what matters are skills, tool proficiency, and demonstrable or evident performance in outbound marketing
