📋 Description

• Build and manage outbound and email campaigns in the backend for clients • Develop campaigns based on buyer personas, positioning, and USPs • Translate buyer personas, positioning, and USPs into messaging strategies • Write outbound copy, emails, follow-ups, and sequences • Optimize for open rates, replies, and conversions • Take full responsibility for campaign setup, testing, KPI tracking, analysis, and continuous optimization • Work closely with account managers to refine offers, messaging, and campaign strategy • Work entirely in the backend, without direct client contact • Focus on copy, structure, testing, and scaling

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in outbound or email marketing, or experience working with relevant tools • Strong copywriting skills • Understanding of how effective email copy captures attention and drives replies • A strong sense of offer building and how messaging and offers work together to increase conversions • Analytical, data-driven approach and KPI-based campaign optimization • Willingness to experiment with new tools • Comfortable working with complex setups • Independent and structured approach to work • Willingness to take responsibility for results • Skills, tool proficiency, and demonstrable or evident performance in outbound marketing • Formal educational qualifications are secondary
