• Advise and support clinical staff in operating the CARTO® 3 navigation system during electrophysiology procedures • Demonstrate the clinical applications and benefits of the CARTO® 3 system • Increase system utilization and contribute to company success • Analyze customers' needs and objectives • Continuously build and develop customer relationships • Identify modern, evidence-based solutions for customers • Actively promote the development and digitization of electrophysiology labs • Serve as first point of contact for errors or technical faults • Troubleshoot issues and liaise between customers and the technical team • After successful onboarding, independently manage customers and projects
• A good sense of humor • Motivation to develop yourself and your customers daily and contribute to team success • Strong communication skills • Enjoys building and maintaining relationships • Strong customer focus • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation • Ability to solve problems creatively • High technical affinity • Interest in understanding complex technical concepts • Ability to engage with scientific literature and clinical studies • Degree in a scientific/technical field, biomedical engineering, business administration, health economics, medical management or a related discipline, or successful completion of vocational training in a medical setting • Willingness to work in the field with a high travel rate (minimum 80%, mainly within the assigned region) • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Good English, both written and spoken • Suitable for candidates with little to no prior experience in electrophysiology (EP)
