📋 Description

• Lead the Cross Functional Trial Team to execute the operational plan and end-to-end trial execution • Own overall trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality, and milestones • Support DBL, CSR, and TLR planning and scope • Define protocol deviations and resolution pathways • Ensure trial deliverables and milestones are met • Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans • Ensure compliance with global health authority regulations, guidelines, and internal procedures • Escalate study-conduct concerns to the CT or CDT • Participate in Health Authority inspections and internal QA audits • Maintain trial-team inspection readiness in collaboration with R&D Quality • Participate in process improvement activities at trial, compound, and cross-DU levels • Lead program inspection readiness through risk identification and readiness reviews • Provide leadership during Health Authority inspections and program-level risk mitigation • Mentor and support onboarding of new team members, particularly in Trial Management • Foster employee engagement, inclusion, and Credo Behaviors • Collaborate with internal R&D, trial management, delivery operations, GD functions, and clinical teams, plus external investigators

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent; preferred areas of study include Life Sciences such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, or Pharmacy • Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries • Experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process • Clinical research operational knowledge and experience across multiple study phases (Phase I-IV) • Ability to manage all aspects of clinical trial execution • 2-3 years’ experience leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial • Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness • Experience leading without authority in multifunctional, matrixed, and global environments • Excellent decision-making, analytical, and financial management skills • Ability to operate and execute with limited supervision • Experience mentoring/coaching others • Strong project planning/management, communication, and presentation skills • Willingness to travel up to 15-20% of the time, as defined by business needs
