📋 Description

• Prepare and submit daily reports using Google Sheets • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism • Collect payments via provided link • Track pipeline and intake progress accurately • Schedule new appointments using Google Calendar • Proactively inform clients about the fee • Convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-up • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally • Handle incoming calls from potential clients seeking immigration legal services • Guide prospects through the client intake process • Build trust and support client conversion and business growth

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in Immigration Law • Sales and client conversion skills • Customer service excellence • Active listening and clear communication • Tech-savvy and adaptable • Detail-oriented and organized • Ability to follow up consistently • Comfortable speaking with clients in Spanish and English • Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) • English-speaking role • Resume submitted in .DOC format and in English
