📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day marketing and business development efforts of a growing professional services firm • Strengthen the firm’s digital presence • Expand networking opportunities • Coordinate marketing initiatives • Maintain consistent communication with current and prospective audiences • Manage social media platforms and create or repurpose digital content • Coordinate email marketing and newsletters • Maintain accurate CRM contact and networking information • Research events and coordinate networking opportunities • Conduct professional outreach • Edit short-form video content • Perform basic website updates and landing page setup • Track and report marketing metrics • Coordinate multiple initiatives, schedules, and deadlines • Work independently while maintaining clear and consistent communication with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, communications, business development, or a related field is preferred • Experience managing social media platforms and creating or repurposing digital content • Experience with email marketing and newsletters • Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate contact and networking information • Experience researching events, coordinating networking opportunities, and conducting professional outreach • Comfortable working with digital content, including short-form video editing • Basic understanding of website updates and landing page setup • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, schedules, and deadlines • Comfortable working independently while maintaining clear and consistent communication with the team • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST • Time zone: Pacific Standard Time • Expected phone volume: approximately 0 to 5 calls per day • Spanish language skills are not required • Marketing and digital communications skills • Social media management • Email marketing and newsletter coordination • CRM management • Networking and professional outreach • Event research and coordination • Content creation and repurposing • Short-form video editing • Basic website and landing page management • Marketing metrics tracking and reporting • Strong written and verbal communication • Creative thinking • Visual thinking • Strong attention to detail • Tech savvy and comfortable learning new tools • Proactive and self-motivated approach • Strong problem-solving skills • Adaptability and flexibility • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Collaborative team player • Professional and confident communication style
