📋 Description

• Build and run influencer, creator and ambassador programs from scratch • Conduct outreach, recruiting and long-term creator relationship management • Structure and negotiate partner deals, including rates, commissions, fees, incentives, exclusivity and deliverables • Secure usage rights for creator content used in brand-page ads and whitelisted ads through creators’ handles • Manage creator content across paid social with the Head of Growth and media buying team • Set program goals and KPIs, track partner and content performance, and scale successful initiatives • Select and operate influencer marketing platforms and tools • Expand the program to TikTok and TikTok Shop • Build a creator-driven affiliate marketing program • Monitor social media trends and current creator-content performance • Report to the Head of Growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience building a creator or influencer program, ideally from scratch • Track record structuring and negotiating influencer, creator and ambassador agreements covering rates, commissions, usage rights, exclusivity and deliverables • Tested processes and templates that can be implemented to scale quickly • Experience with whitelisting and running creator content as paid ads • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools • Strategic understanding of creator-program platforms, goals and KPIs, with consistent target achievement • Ability to work autonomously and own the program end to end • Preferred: experience with direct-response and email affiliate networks/platforms such as ClickBank, Everflow and BuyGoods • Preferred: TikTok and TikTok Shop creator program experience • Preferred: experience building a creator-driven affiliate program • Preferred: health, wellness, supplements or other DTC consumer brand experience • Preferred: experience working alongside media buyers on Meta ad performance • Comfortable working asynchronously with a US team and overlapping US Mountain Time hours • Must be willing to work remotely as an independent contractor • Must be available for a full-time primary role with no freelancing or second jobs
