📋 Description

• Lead the impact strategy function of the Enterprise Strategy department • Partner with executive and senior leadership to develop a comprehensive and holistic impact growth strategy • Work with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic discussions, analysis, and decisions • Design and implement impact initiatives • Develop impact growth strategy and organizational performance frameworks • Collaborate with strategic planning and ensure execution of strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field • 10+ years of experience in nonprofit impact strategy, impact outcome measurement, and/or impact program development and design • 10+ years of collaborative leadership including engagement of senior and executive leaders • Strong knowledge of American Cancer Society programs, strategies and organizational infrastructure or equivalent experience in complex environments • 3+ years of direct experience in nonprofit impact program development and design, including outcome measurement and reporting • 3+ years of experience serving as a key leader in enterprise impact strategy development • 3+ years of experience designing and facilitating meetings of 3-200+ attendees • Non-profit strategy or management consulting experience preferred
