📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimise interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Qlik Sense • Use SQL to extract, transform, analyse, and validate large and complex datasets • Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and business teams to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data visualisations • Investigate existing processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven enhancements • Support decision-makers with accurate, timely, and actionable insights • Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption and business value from analytics solutions • Contribute to the continuous evolution of reporting and analytical capabilities within client environments

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytical role • Strong experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions in business environments • Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and translating business needs into analytical solutions • Experience in logistics or supply chain environments is highly valued • Professional proficiency in English • Portuguese or European citizenship, or a valid work permit for Portugal • Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense • Solid proficiency in SQL, including work with large and complex datasets • Experience designing and developing analytical dashboards, reports, and visualisations • Ability to independently analyse data and uncover business insights • Knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to communicate findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to business users • Experience working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical, value-driven solutions • Experience in consulting or client-facing environments is nice to have • Exposure to international projects or multicultural teams is nice to have • Knowledge of both Qlik Sense and Power BI platforms is nice to have • Experience supporting logistics, operations, or supply chain transformation initiatives is nice to have
