📋 Description

• Understand the operational challenges of accounting teams and propose high-impact projects • Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: scoping, coordination, deployment, and measuring results • Ensure data reliability so dashboards and analyses are actionable • Automate operational processes to free up employee time • Explore and integrate AI tools where relevant (agents, LLMs, chatbots)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience (3–5 years) • Significant experience in an accounting firm (traditional or next-generation) • Has worked with operational accounting teams (production, client services (CS), management) • Led or contributed to transformation, process improvement, or digitization projects in this environment • Ideally, has worked with data and related tools in this context (dashboarding, automation, reporting) • Comfortable with SQL to investigate and audit databases • Able to create actionable dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or equivalents) • Familiar with or willing to learn automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) • Interested in AI and what it can bring to accounting processes (agents, LLMs, chatbots)
