Pennylane is a French SaaS platform that centralizes financial management, accounting, invoicing, expense management, treasury and business banking features for small and medium-sized businesses, independents and accounting firms. It provides an integrated dashboard, automated workflows, bank account and corporate cards, invoice and payment tools, and native integrations with accounting and payments partners to streamline bookkeeping and cashflow operations.

📋 Description

• Our mission is to help owners of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) regain control of their finances. • What does that mean in practice? We connect to our clients' financial data flows and provide a management and monitoring tool that makes their financial operations easier. • These business owners can also receive support from an accountant who specializes in their issues via one of our partner accounting firms. • Today we support over 6,000 accounting firms across France and aim to onboard an increasing number of them onto Pennylane. • They are supported by a team of Project Managers who intervene at different stages of the relationship with our partner firms. • For the pilot phase, the Project Manager's role is to supervise and coordinate all activities related to the implementation of the Pennylane project pilot. • During the deployment phase, the Project Manager plays a central role in successfully transitioning from the pilot to full utilization of the tool by staff and clients. • Ultimately, it's about building and nurturing a trusting relationship with our partners so that the pilot becomes a success and the deployment takes place under optimal conditions. • The Project Manager team works hand in hand with the sales team to develop a targeted local strategy aimed at firms within the same region.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in an accounting firm, audit, a consulting firm, startup/scale-up, or a corporate environment. • You have solid accounting fundamentals without necessarily being an expert. • You are comfortable with technology. • You have a sharp critical and analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Energetic and persuasive, you enjoy challenges and are results-oriented. • You want to join a small, close-knit team that values proximity and knowledge sharing while collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds. • You are looking for a stimulating work environment within a recognized, fast-growing company.
