📋 Description
• Take technical responsibility for a squad of 2 to 3 developers • Define project scope and support the team on a day-to-day basis • Act as the technical point of contact for Product • Contribute to cross-cutting architectural decisions with other leads and the CTO • Participate in collective technical decisions
🎯 Requirements
• 6 years or more in fullstack JavaScript development with a strong backend focus • First experience as a Tech Lead or technical referent, even if informal • Ability to scope complex topics and bring the team on board • Genuine interest in business problems, not just pure technical challenges • Comfortable working closely with Product
