📋 Description

• Applied AI Software Engineers work within small teams composed of Tomoro and client engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI applications, such as agents built on LLMs. • As you gain experience and expertise in this role, you may lead these teams, drive end-to-end solutions, and advise clients on these topics. • The applications we develop typically leverage existing foundational models, whether proprietary or open source, sometimes involving adaptation or fine-tuning.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing AI solutions in production, including: • Designing microservices (including data pipelines with frameworks such as Spark) • Data technologies (Python, SQL) • LLMs & fine-tuning (open source models and OpenAI APIs) • Designing software solutions, primarily around data-driven applications using Python, SQL, and related technologies • Solving complex problems and performing technical analysis • Comfortable with client-facing interactions.
