• Develop and implement project work plans, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate internal teams, partners, clients, consultants, and junior professionals • Monitor project risks and deliverable quality • Apply Adaptive Evaluation, Theory of Change, Process Tracing, and Systems Mapping methodologies • Conduct interviews and document reviews • Facilitate workshops • Prepare technical reports, presentations, executive summaries, and lessons-learned documentation • Manage strategic relationships with clients and partners and participate in external meetings • Identify potential business-development opportunities • Support the development of technical and financial proposals • Coordinate organizational collaboration across projects in Brazil and other countries • Contribute to assessment, co-creation, evaluation, and learning processes with Imago Brazil’s leadership and the global Programs team
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, International Development, or a related field • Master’s degree preferred • More than eight years of overall professional experience • At least three years focused on qualitative research, document analysis, and evidence synthesis • Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations • Experience working with international and remote teams • Experience evaluating public policies or social programs highly valued • Experience facilitating workshops highly valued • Experience developing proposals highly valued • Advanced written and spoken proficiency in Portuguese and English • Spanish is a plus • Familiarity with Theory of Change, Process Tracing, Adaptive Evaluation, or other qualitative evaluation methodologies • Knowledge of or experience in evaluating public policies or social programs • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Alignment with the organization’s mission and focus on impact • Accountability, ownership, professional integrity, ethical judgment, adaptability, continuous learning, communication, influencing, organization, attention to detail, and commitment to quality • Only applicants who currently reside in Brazil will be considered
