📋 Description

• Develop and manage relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community partners throughout Texas. • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on understanding challenges and delivering solutions that support student and educator success. • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to onboarding and implementation planning. • Support districts through successful adoption by coordinating training plans, implementation schedules, and ongoing engagement strategies. • Conduct virtual trainings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences. • Attend conferences, regional events, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and generate new business. • Maintain an active sales pipeline and leverage Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and follow-up activities. • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals while advancing the Harmony Academy mission.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. • 5–7 years of experience selling educational programs, edtech solutions, or related services. • Experience implementing educational programs and delivering professional development in K-12 settings. • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with education leaders. • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
