• You are responsible for acquiring and supporting our specialist partners and wholesalers in the Austria and Switzerland region, with the aim of building long-term partnerships and ensuring high customer satisfaction. • You increase sales and revenue by selling battery storage solutions and EV charging solutions. • You develop a tailored sales strategy together with the Director of Sales DACH and the sales team and successfully implement it in your territory. • You are responsible for sales planning, controlling and reporting for your sales area and ensure that all targets are met. • You work closely with Inside Sales, who support you in managing and assisting partners. • You motivate partners through targeted training and analysis and help them grow their business. You identify the needs of partners and end customers and derive concrete actions from them.
• You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training, ideally in a technical field or in sales. • You have already gained experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector (or B2B2C), ideally with an OEM. • You have technical understanding and very good German skills (minimum C1 level) as well as good English skills. Italian/French are a plus. • You have experience in the PV, storage or electrical industry — or you are interested in entering the renewable energy sector as a career changer (with appropriate aptitude). • You are a strong communicator, think quickly, present yourself confidently and excel at closing deals. • You are willing to travel (approx. 3 days/week) and hold a valid driving licence (Class B).
