📋 Description

• Responsible for analyzing, developing and optimizing production processes, aiming for efficiency, quality and cost reduction. • Will work on continuous improvement projects, standardization and implementation of Lean tools, in addition to supporting operational areas to achieve performance targets. • Map, analyze and redesign processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (flowcharts, work instructions, procedures). • Support and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and action plans. • Participate in continuous improvement projects. • Conduct capacity studies, line balancing and layout analysis. • Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements and quality standards. • Train users and teams on newly defined processes and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Process Management, Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial) or related fields. • Experience in analysis and improvement of industrial/manufacturing processes. • Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PDCA, Kaizen, 5S). • Proficiency with process mapping software and ERP systems. • English: Intermediate.
