📋 Description

• Promote and sell company's innovative medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics throughout Qatar • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and purchasing departments in hospitals and clinics throughout Doha and surrounding areas • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase benefits and features of medical devices and pharmaceuticals • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts • Provide comprehensive product training and support to customers, ensuring proper usage and maximum satisfaction • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and expand customer base • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies in sales practices • Analyze market data and customer needs to identify potential growth areas and optimize sales strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field • Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales • Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry trends, and regulations • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques • Strong time management and organizational skills • Experience with CRM software and ability to leverage technology in sales processes • In-depth knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology products • Willingness to travel extensively within Qatar • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and following up on leads • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service • Familiarity with the Qatari healthcare system and regulations • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) • Experience in Retail pharmacy sales
