• Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance the company's public image • Craft and distribute press releases, media statements, and other communications materials • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage media relationships • Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and other PR events • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management and logistics • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements for executives • Prepare and maintain various administrative reports and documents • Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external partners • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records • Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in public relations and administrative roles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PR software tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Knowledge of media relations and corporate communications best practices • Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Mumbai, India • Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus • Accredited in Public Relations (APR) certification preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
