📋 Description

• Manage daily contacts with existing and prospective retailers via email, phone, and WhatsApp. • Develop strong, lasting commercial relationships. • Organize, prioritize, and follow up independently. • Understand each retailer’s positioning and needs to propose the right products. • Support local sell-out initiatives and track feedback. • Work closely with KROM’s international sales management to grow the brand worldwide. • You will NOT handle major key accounts yourself (they are managed directly by the International Sales Director) – your focus will be on empowering and scaling the independent retailer network.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communicator: Clear, positive, persuasive across cultures. • Organized and autonomous: You know how to plan your time, prioritize leads, and work efficiently without daily supervision. • Natural sales drive: You genuinely enjoy connecting, convincing, and closing. • Cultural sensitivity: You can easily adapt your tone and style depending on the country and type of client. • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (mandatory). • Interest in lifestyle, sports, or youth culture is a big plus.
