📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate multiple IT services teams across applications, infrastructure, and support • Manage and deliver complex programs and multi-project portfolios from initiation through closure • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and financial controls for IT services • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships • Identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks • Mentor and develop team leaders and engineers across multiple teams • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards across IT services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT services • 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams • Strong program and project management capabilities • Experience with PMO governance, risk management, and business outcome realization • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or relevant cloud certifications (a plus)
