📋 Description

• Respond to guest inquiries promptly across platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com , etc.) • Manage booking requests, changes, and cancellations • Provide guests with check-in/check-out instructions, house rules, and local recommendations • Handle emergency or escalated guest concerns with professionalism and care • Monitor and manage availability calendars to prevent double bookings • Ensure pricing and minimum stay settings are correct across platforms • Coordinate with cleaning teams and maintenance based on bookings • Organize and track guest reviews, performance metrics, and occupancy rates • Maintain documentation for expenses, guest issues, and work orders • Assist in updating property descriptions, photos, and listing information • Help with vendor communication (cleaners, handymen, etc.) • Answer or return calls related to guest inquiries, vendor coordination, or emergency issues • Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries and escalate when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Prior 2-3 years experience as a Virtual Assistant for short term rental is a "MUST" • Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com , and channel management tools • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Availability to respond to messages and calls during business hours, with some flexibility for urgent matters • Tech-savvy – able to use online tools, spreadsheets, and mobile apps efficiently
