• Implement and execute the Electrophysiology commercial strategy • Drive top line regional sales results in line with business plan • Meet and exceed sales targets for the region of the US • Provide accurate sales forecasts and develops and executes tactical sales plans • Partner with Area Director to develop commercial strategies • Manage the Regional budget • Coach and manage the performance of the regional pods • Implement company's commercial, field training and product and services marketing strategies • Recruit, develop and retain talent in the region • Assess clinical, technical, and commercial skills of the regional team • Develop strong customer relationships • Execute organizational development and change
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree • 5+ years of professional work experience • Minimum of 3 years in the Medical Device Industry • Minimum of 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry required or 2 years prior Sales Management experience in the Cardiovascular Industry • Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology • Ability to travel up to 50% is required • Have a valid driver's license issued in the United States • Preference to live within the territory
