📋 Description

• Provide visionary leadership and set strategic direction for the global business system • Oversee Lean Business System methodologies, tools, standards, governance, dashboards, and sustainment mechanisms • Partner with executive and senior leadership to drive strategic priorities and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives • Identify and mitigate risks affecting customer outcomes, operational performance, quality, delivery, and enterprise results • Deploy business system standards globally and support leaders in adoption • Coach and develop senior leaders in Lean behaviors and advanced Lean concepts • Drive change management through leader coaching • Deploy enterprise strategy using Hoshin Kanri across regions and functions • Define, design, and implement the transactional business system globally • Develop and deploy Lean practices to improve speed, quality, alignment, and outcomes • Support vertical and horizontal integration across Commercial and Service functions • Lead large-scale improvement initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy • Identify cross-functional improvement opportunities and standardize vehicles and tools • Perform root-cause analysis and drive process-focused solutions • Use change management frameworks to improve leadership and team collaboration • Utilize digital and AI solutions to accelerate business system deployment and results • Enable global synergies through best-practice sharing and standardization • Mentor business system leaders and foster continuous improvement • Oversee Lean maturity assessments and roadmap development

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, Quality, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Continuous Improvement across multiple business domains • Minimum 5–10 years in business roles using a Lean business system • Significant experience working within and with a mature Lean business system • Significant experience leading enterprise business transformations with recognized business impact at scale • Demonstrated leadership capability, especially leading senior leaders indirectly through influence • Strong business acumen • Mastery of Lean systems, cultural transformation, and change leadership • Effective communication and presentation skills • Ability to establish rapport with leaders and peers across levels and geographies • Proven analytical and systems-thinking capability with end-to-end solution design • Excellent facilitation and strategic-thinking skills • Proactive risk management and issue-resolution skills with appropriate escalation • Willingness and ability to travel 50–75%
