📋 Description
• Support and optimization of pipelines (ETL/ELT) • Plan, build, and run pipelines in Databricks. • Develop, validate, and optimize SQL and PySpark scripts. • Ensure efficient cluster usage and optimize costs and performance. • Design performance-oriented tables and data structures. • Implement gates and data quality rules in: • Databricks pipelines • Delta Live Tables (DLT) • Ensure that only trusted data reaches consumption layers. • Perform logical and physical modeling in the Lakehouse. • Keep the data model repository up to date. • Maintain documentation and metadata catalogs. • Support administration of the Databricks Workspace. • Manage access profiles. • Apply security and governance policies. • Contribute to governance practices and standardization of data assets. • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and consistency. • Problem and solution management. • Clear and effective interpersonal and professional communication.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. • Experience with Databricks (Workspace, clusters, notebooks, Delta Lake, DLT). • Knowledge of analytical data architecture and the Lakehouse. • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. • Experience with PySpark (Python + Spark) for building pipelines. • Experience writing SQL and PySpark scripts with a focus on performance. • Experience in physical and logical data modeling. • Knowledge of dimensional modeling (Data Warehouse). • Experience with metadata management and organizing model repositories. • Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational DBMS, such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB. • Knowledge of: Data governance, security rules, access and profile management, information security policies.
