• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector • Local expert in Czech business • Comfortable communicating with an international team and reporting in English • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or other) and modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.) • Result-oriented and ownership of sales pipeline • English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written) • Fluency in Czech
