📋 Description

• Lead and mentor content creators in the development of corporate training videos. • Plan and implement content roadmap, timelines, and project delivery. • Review scripts, storyboards, visual assets, animations, and final videos to ensure content accuracy, instructional effectiveness, and learner engagement. • Ensure on-time delivery of training video projects while maintaining high production and learning-quality standards. • Drive continuous improvements and best practices to increase team productivity and the effectiveness of video learning content.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years of relevant experience in video production (corporate learning, instructional design, or training content development.) • 3 years of experience managing content teams. • Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong content review, editing, and instructional design skills. • Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual and animation ideas. • Results-driven, with an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
