📋 Description
• Identify, together with the team, new ways for the company to increase revenue • Identify improvements and automation opportunities in processes and products • Support the execution of events • Manage internal processes • Send customer satisfaction surveys • Perform operational tasks such as: respond to group chats, draft contracts, forward messages in groups, reply on LinkedIn, verify payments, assist with financial-operational review, and do what needs to be done.
