📋 Description

• Conduct structured quality checks and on-site audits at hotels • Analyze results and discuss them constructively with Heads of Operations and hotel teams • Prepare clear audit reports and specific action plans for Cluster GMs and Operations Management • Guide and support locations in correctly implementing JUFA operating standards • Conduct targeted training sessions and coaching for on-site employees • Contribute to the continuous development of quality manuals, checklists, and processes • Monitor compliance with hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards • Support the pre-opening phases of new locations and assist with operational quality troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Solid all-round experience in the hotel industry, such as in an assistant general manager, operations management, or department head role • Excellent eye for detail, hygiene, maintenance, and first-class service quality • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver constructive feedback appreciatively and on an equal footing • Category B driver's license • High willingness to travel (more than 75%) throughout the JUFA network • Business-fluent German (C1) • Good English skills (B2)
