📋 Description

• Spearhead the evolution of JumpCloud's Single Sign-On (SSO) into a next-generation identity platform. • Lead the transition from traditional passwords to a biometric-first, AI-governed authentication ecosystem. • Own the combined strategy for SSO/Jumpcloud GO, our flagship phishing-resistant, passwordless login solution. • Eliminate "password fatigue" by leveraging device-native biometrics (Apple Touch ID, Windows Hello). • Pioneering the governance of Agentic AI—treating autonomous AI agents as first-class digital identities within our directory.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management, with specific expertise in FIDO2/WebAuthn, SAML, and OIDC. • An understanding of the identity requirements for LLMs and autonomous agents; ability to manage probabilistic AI systems alongside deterministic security protocols. • Proven track record of taking complex technical capabilities and translating them into frictionless user experiences. • Comfort leading cross-functional, global teams in a transparent, highly collaborative environment.
