📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of high-touch B2B accounts driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through proactive coaching, sharp performance communication, and strategic relationship management • Meet Portfolio NPS, retention, and churn reduction targets • Manage upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and account expansion • Oversee client onboarding activation and milestone completion • Monitor campaign performance — CPL and MCAC in range • Handle client calls, escalations, and difficult conversations • Ensure ticket resolution within SLA and quality standards • Drive adoption of Jumpfactor products, courses, and community

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in account management or client success at a digital agency • Proven revenue ownership — MRR, ARR, or QRR under management • Strong track record on retention, renewals, and churn reduction • Digital marketing fluency across SEO, PPC, content, and web • Confident communicator — you lead calls, not just attend them • Comfortable with CRMs, dashboards, ClickUp, or Jira • Process-driven with experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments • Nice to have: Experience with MSP or Managed IT Services clients • Demonstrated promotion or expanded scope within a previous role • Hands-on familiarity with SEO concepts and strategy discussions • Experience collaborating with SEO, PPC, and content specialists
