📋 Description

• High-volume, phone-based role providing clear updates to clients • Handle inbound calls from clients • Work closely with legal teams to escalate complex matters

🎯 Requirements

• Recent experience (i.e., last 12 months) in estate agency or legal experience in residential conveyancing • Solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process
