📋 Description

• Lead a team of 6 Key Account Managers and serve as the main point of contact between the team and other departments • Support Key Account Managers in acquiring and strategically developing relationships with our Local Heroes • Monitor all KPIs to achieve the quantitative and qualitative sales targets of your team • Analyze sales figures in regular meetings to identify optimization needs and implement measures to increase productivity • Identify your team’s development potential and ensure its continuous growth and development • Work with your team to optimize operational KPIs for restaurant chains

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategic Key Account Management, including acquisition and the development of strategic partners • Proven experience leading Key Account Managers • Fluent German and business‑fluent English • Strong strategic thinking, excellent analytical skills, and outstanding organizational ability • Data-driven, goal-oriented and focused: you enjoy meeting ambitious targets and exceeding them • Experience in the food delivery and platform industry is a plus
