📋 Description

• Develop solutions to integrate and optimize language models within the botario platform • Monitor trends in NLP and AI research • Support the team in evaluating model quality and efficiency • Experiment with new models and architectures to build more powerful chatbots • Evaluate LLMs with respect to response quality, latency, cost, and other factors

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills • Practical experience implementing AI-related features in software products (from model training to deployment and versioning) • Experience with Python • Experience with microservice architectures • ML model serving • Docker and related tools • Initial experience with commercial deployment of open-source LLMs • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies • Analytical and structured approach to problem solving • Independent working style and enthusiasm for AI • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
