📋 Description

• Manage creator processes end-to-end — from selection to budgeting and reporting • Advise clients and translate social happenings into brand relevance • Leverage creators as cultural gateways • Build trust through clarity, sound reasoning, and creative precision • Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Management and the Creative team • Participate in continuous process optimization and identification of improvement areas

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of diverse social media trends • Deep understanding of platforms and their conventions • Ability to connect platform, product, and people • Commercial and cultural mindset • Understanding of KPIs and the value of creator investments • Strong communication skills in German and English
