âą 5-7+ years of experience in paid media/performance marketing. âą 3-5+ years of experience in retail media network marketing. âą 3-5+ years of experience creating, implementing and running large scale paid campaigns. âą Experience owning the paid media approach and execution for an ecommerce brand. âą Experience driving successful lead generation in a B2B environment. âą Extensive experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and YouTube ads. âą Experience in Pacvue Advertising a plus.
