📋 Description

‱ Lead sales analytics and process improvement initiatives for the JSG ID sales team. ‱ Establish, define, and plan regional and national strategy in alignment with overall company strategy. ‱ Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business. ‱ Coach and lead the sales operations team in support of analytics preparation. ‱ Negotiate MR contract terms based on performance and Justrite Safety Group needs.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. ‱ Advanced management degree preferred. ‱ A minimum of 12 years proven success in sales and sales operations. ‱ Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time. ‱ Excellent sales growth performance and employee management experience. ‱ Experience building sales process, programs, and incentive compensation plans. ‱ Deep sales process knowledge and history of successful installation of a sales process.
