📋 Description

• Manage and develop a regional payroll team • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in all active APAC countries • Design and implement localized workflows • Provide internal payroll expertise and strategic guidance • Ensure accurate quarterly and year-end processing • Stay current on evolving payroll-related laws and regulations • Act as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert • Support internal control and compliance efforts • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in international payroll operations • 2+ years of experience managing a regional or international payroll team • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and statutory requirements across multiple APAC countries • Proven experience in leveraging and optimizing payroll software and global platforms • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform complex data analysis and financial modeling • Excellent client-facing and communication skills • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills • Relevant professional certifications would be a significant advantage.
