📋 Description

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance Business Development/Sales Manager to join our team. • This role is ideal for a professional with a strong network in the BPO/IT services and staffing sectors, preferably with clients in the US, AU, or UK markets. • The position offers a competitive retainer fee, complemented by a lucrative commission-based structure. • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients in BPO/IT services and staffing industries. • Leverage existing networks in US, AU, or UK markets to identify and secure new business opportunities. • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals. • Provide regular reports on sales targets, client engagements, and potential market opportunities.
