📋 Description

• Support K2M’s mission, values, and long-term vision • Serve as the PIC and primary point of contact for key clients • Identify, pursue, and support new business opportunities • Collaborate with K2M leadership to market technical expertise and design capabilities • Provide senior-level project oversight, including visioning, design direction, and critical success factor management • Monitor project performance, scope adherence, budgets, schedules, and quality • Conduct project kick-offs, client meetings, and post-project reviews • Support contract review, risk mitigation, and resolution of project challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master’s degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum 15 years’ experience leading project teams at a senior level • Minimum 5 years’ experience in our industry or related field • Proven expertise managing clients, teams, and projects. • Strong preference for candidates with significant experience in Civic, Justice, and/or Public Safety segments. • Available for travel for presentations, client meetings, consultant coordination, strategic meetings, company functions as needed.
