📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize incoming Workday tickets • Triage support cases by type, impact, urgency, and priority • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements, including Target Response and Fix Times • Collaborate with the Functional Manager to review ticket volumes and drive process improvements • Participate in client meetings, provide insights, suggest improvements, and deliver enhancements • Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing • Identify improvements to internal tools, templates, and support delivery processes • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize post-deployment Workday Financials solutions • Support global customers in deriving continued value from their Workday investment • Contribute to sales activities and work estimates • Support consultant pool utilization and capability development

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Workday Record to Report (Financial Accounting/Budgets/Business Assets) • Excellent customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations • Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics • Broad business and technology experience and awareness of industry trends • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure • Ability to widen and maintain a network of external contacts • Excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops and liaising with senior executives • Regular participation in sales activities and ability to provide input to work estimates • Understanding of risk management and ability to manage risk within the capability • Ability to support operations and balance consultant pool utilization, development needs, and personal preferences • Commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization • Ability to rotate through Workday Consulting and Application Management Services • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites in the same region; minimal out-of-region travel may be required • Professional qualifications where applicable in your Capability (nice to have) • Experience developing and delivering products, offerings, and services (nice to have) • Experience identifying talent for rapid development (nice to have) • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing teams (nice to have)
