📋 Description

• Support all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general accounting, bookkeeping and cash flow management • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and prepayments as part of the monthly closing process • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances to support Treasury activities • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and supporting documentation • Support the annual budget process, audits, and tax compliance activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth accounting operations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting • 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite preferred • Experience with accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation processes • Understanding of payroll basics and general accounting principles • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel nationally or internationally as needed
