📋 Description

• Manage and develop the financial framework of the business direction • Build and maintain the full P&L structure of the business direction • Develop methodologies for cost allocation across traffic channels • Establish robust control over advertising budgets • Own unit economics analysis by traffic source • Prepare regular financial reporting for Head of Performance Marketing and CFO • Ensure reconciliation between finance data and operational/marketing analytics • Plan weekly and monthly budget requirements • Provide pre-launch financial expertise for campaign planning • Collaborate with Finance Infrastructure Team to automate workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in finance, management accounting, FP&A, or financial controlling within performance-driven, digital, or traffic-based business environments • Strong understanding of traffic-driven business models • Proven ability to act as a strategic finance business partner • Strong expertise in management accounting • Experience with unit economics analysis • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills • Experience in budget control, plan vs actual analysis, and financial reporting • Strong analytical skills, high level of autonomy, and ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment • English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and oral).
