🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or hybrid roles • Strong proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Ashby • Exceptional scheduling and organizational skills • Genuine enthusiasm for candidate outreach and creative sourcing strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of empathy, professionalism, and judgment when interacting with candidates and teammates • Systems-minded approach for optimizing workflows
