📋 Description

• Design and build production-grade agents (scoping, tooling, prompts, flows, and fallbacks); • Build and operate AI models applied to the financial core: reconciliation, transaction categorization, anomaly detection, and forecasting; • Build, evolve, and operate MCPs that serve data, actions, and context to agents (internal and customer-facing); • Maintain AI infrastructure with a focus on scalability, cost, and security when consuming MCPs and models; • Implement evals and logging to close the agents' feedback loop, focusing on ensuring the quality of delivered data; • Work side-by-side with Product to evolve customer-facing features; • Design data guardrails, validate outputs against source data, and implement human-in-the-loop processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building applications with Traditional AI (Machine Learning) and Generative AI; • Proficiency in building and orchestrating agents, including tool use, function calling, and multi-step flows; • Advanced knowledge of LLMs in agentic contexts, using frameworks such as ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar; • Experience with Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, or equivalent providers in production environments; • Experience with fine-tuning, adaptation, and evaluation of models for specific use cases; • Knowledge in building and consuming MCPs (Model Context Protocol), supporting the creation of semantic layers for consumption by LLMs; • Ability to define and implement evaluation strategies (evals), using tools like LangSmith, Braintrust, Arize, or in-house solutions; • Experience with Machine Learning models applied to classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, and other business problems; • Experience in end-to-end ML pipelines, including feature engineering, training, deployment, and drift monitoring; • Familiarity with ML frameworks applied to tabular data and financial scenarios; • Advanced experience with Python, REST API development, and complex integrations; • Experience with cloud environments, preferably GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Cloud Scheduler); • Comfortable with deployment, observability, scalability, and cost optimization in AI applications, including model routing, prompt caching, and tracing of tool use; • Ability to assess correctness, fidelity, and consistency of AI-generated outputs against data sources; • Experience in fintechs, B2B SaaS companies, or financial products; • Familiarity with communication and support platforms such as Slack, Intercom, or similar; • Regular use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalents in day-to-day engineering.
