📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives and national strategy. • Manage, support, and optimize performance of 1099 independent sales representatives across multiple states. • Set clear KPIs, monitor pipeline activity, and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals. • Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand Kandu’s presence within the region. • Recruit, onboard, and train new 1099 sales reps as needed. • Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and coaching sessions to enhance rep productivity. • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners in the region. • Support reps in closing major opportunities, attending customer meetings, and delivering presentations. • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) • 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-state leadership role • PT/OT background preferred, but not required • Proven experience managing 1099 independent sales rep networks • Strong understanding of the Northwestern U.S. market landscape • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills • Ability to analyze data, create forecasts, and drive strategic decisions. • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely • Ability to travel 40–60% of the time within the region
