• Support day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user setup, permissions, data management, and troubleshooting. • Maintain and improve custom fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards. • Assist in testing, documenting, and deploying updates and automation (Flows, validation rules, etc.). • Monitor data integrity and assist with data imports, deduplication, and clean-up efforts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Clinical Operations) to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions. • Provide end-user support and training to improve adoption and efficiency. • Partner with senior admins and developers on ongoing platform enhancements and integrations. • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.
• 0–2 years of Salesforce admin experience (internship or professional) • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred or willingness to earn • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and imports
